Q: How long does it take to get my account up and running?
A: Generally it takes under 24 hours from the time you submit an online signup. In most cases it is only a few hours. It all depends on time of day and day of week. We check for new accounts several times a day and on the weekends.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract ?
A: No, our service is offered on a month to month basis.

Q: Do I have to download software in order to use this service ?
A: No, you only need to configure your dial up networking (and email program if applicable)

Q: Is there a setup fee and what will I be charged for service?
A: There is NO set up fee with Network56.

Q: Am I limited to the number of hours of use per month ?
A: Includes 200 hours of service per month. Please read Terms of Service regarding session limits, idle time, spamming and abuse.

Q: How many email accounts may I have ?
A: You receive 1 email account with each dial up service account when that plan is chosen. 

Q: How do I check my email ?
A: Go to our Home Page (www.network56.com) and click the link in the upper left corner "Check your Email". Enter your username@network56.com and password.

Q: Is POP mail offered ?
A: Yes, you may use any of the more popular email handlers like Outlook Express or Eudora to send and receive email. Although we do not support these programs they may be used and setup parameters are listed on the setup page.
